My wife and I were guest
of KKNG Radio at the Wormy Dog 10/12/06. This
was not our first time to see Tracy Byrd. We
have been fans of his music since he first began
recording...I guess you might say the Byrds have to
stick together.
Bill and Emma Kay Byrd living in Edmond, OK have had
opportunity see Tracy continue to produce great music
through some 12 years. We first saw Tracy at a
small Dance Hall in Marlow called Rusty Spur. It
has since closed and now is a church.
Since then we have seen him play at Rodeos, and other
Dance Halls.
While at the concert we got acquainted with Edna and
Glenn Coonrod who as you know are Big Byrd Watchers.
We had a great time and enjoyed getting to visit
with Tracy and the Coonrods.

Thanks so much for your updates on Tracy, Michelle and the kids! I have been praying for them ever since I heard the hurricane was going to hit Beaumont! I have also been checking Tracy's website for information and I got about the same info, but yours was put in such a beautiful setting, that it was unique and different. Also, I love the Keeper of the stars, and I could enjoy the song along with the info!

Comments: I've known Jarred (Bubba) for about 25 years give or take a few. We played football together from fourth grade through high school. And continued our friendship after high school until I joined the Air Force and moved away at the age of 24. I would see him every once in a while when I came back into town. I haven't seen him in about 3 or 4 years now, but always ask friends if they have talked to him lately. We always knew he would make it to the big stage and now I see him with Tracy Byrd. Comments: Hi, I have been a fan of Tracy's since his very first song in"93. I used to travel anywhere within 1000 miles to see Tracy! But lately I haven't had the money to do that, but in 2003 I was able to go to Tracy's Labor day show with Mark Chesnutt. I have an uncle that lives in Magnolia, TX, so he and I went. Show was great, but didn't like the venue because they would not allow pictures, so I don't have any to share, but I have plenty from all my other concerts. Probably have seen Tracy over 100 times I'm sure. Over the years I have lost count! But will always love Tracy and the band guys!! Hopefully soon I can afford to go see him more often, like I used to. Am going to see Tracy this week-end for 2 shows here in Nashville, IN. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE TRACY AGAIN! Comments: Hi There, I visited Fan Fair for the first time this year, and had a blast!! We don't get much Country Music, local or International over here, so we thought we'd died and had gone to Heaven. I knew some of Tracy's music before I went - Keeper of the Stars, Too Much Fun etc. but I didn't know much of him as a person until we went to the show at the Ryman - and I WAS CONVERTED!!! I thought he was easily the best performer there, and I came back to New Zealand with a Tee shirt and CD - I would have liked more, but had to watch my money, as it cost me close to $5,000 to get there and attend the events I managed to get too. How I wish Tracy Byrd's Fan Club party had been one of them - oh well, maybe next time!!! I really enjoyed your website, and was green with envy at the pictures of the cruise!! Perhaps you all could cruise down here to New Zealand next time!!!! Thanks again, and I WILL be visiting your site again!!

I've known Jarred (J-Rod) for about 2 1/2 yrs. now. He was in a local band here that play at the bar I go to regularly. He has incredible talent (you should here him do a Stevie Ray Vaughan song!) .... if you see him on the road - please make him feel real loved!!! I grew up in the same town as tracy and I went to school with his sister Suzanne! I had to move suddenly and I never got to say goodbye. I remember when Tracy was just getting into the business so i had his mother(which was my gym teacher at Vidor Middle school) take him a pair of my red cowboy boots and have him sign them which he did and I still have them!
