Hi there,  Here's a great new page.  If you have any old photos of Tracy and the boys, a special story or just something special you remember about the guys that you'd like to share with the rest of us, please email me here:   Please put in the subject line A Blast from the Past. Thank you, I'd love to hear from you.  Selina

Here's Britt at Cutter's in Beaumont sometime between

1992-1995.  Also here's Danielle outside of the old Cutters.  Wow this place is really a local legend.  This is where, Tracy, and Mark Chesnutt got their start.  Now Zona Jones is well on his way too. This club has now opened as Wild Bill's.   Thank you Danielle for sending  these photos to share!  They are great. What great memories!

Look at this belt buckle!  Isn't that priceless!  Love it!!!  This is a wonderful photo.  Tracy looks great in that yellow shirt too.  As most of you already know, Tracy's band would give him a unique belt buckle at the end of every year.   This photo was taken 1-18-2000.  Thank you Danielle for sending this one in.

Later the same year (2000) was the fan club party, June 14, 2000 that is where Danielle took this photo of Tracy as he performed for the Byrdwatchers.

Thanks Peg for this one.  Guess who these handsome fellows are?  OH MY!!!!  Well here we have Bubba and Britt showing off their new glasses and teeth LOL!  This was taken in Cummings, GA in 1999.  Doesn't Britt look like Jerry Lewis in his old comedy movies? Just LOVE THIS ONE!!!!!!

How cool it this?  The back of the first bus, Breathless was Tracy's bus back in 1995   and the second bus is Tracy's bus in 1998 (Thanks Linda Browne), and the third photo is the bus now in 2005 (Thanks Glenn).

Well if we were having a contest for the youngest performing Tracy, I bet these two would win.  Thanks Carol (from Texas) for these wonderful photos of Tracy and his band Heartbroke back from the Cutter's days.  These photos were taken in 1991 at Cutters.

From Left to right we have Laine Thibodeaux (currently plays for Zona Jones), Cary Stone (currently plays for Mark Chesnutt), Tracy, Carlos, Johnny Lee Carpenter, and Billy Carpenter.  Yes, Cary, Johnny and Billy were with Tracy from the beginning.

Here's another couple of shots Carol send from her great memories of the beginning of Tracy's career.  These were also taken at Cutter's around 1991.  Awesome Memories!!!!!!  Thanks so much for sharing Carol!!!

When were these taken???  Do you remember back that far? Well they were Tracy's very first Fan Club Party.  Besides the party, Tracy and Toby Keith also put on a baseball game for their fans between Tracy and his band against Toby and his band.  Wow, What fun!, Thanks Carol!

Darling photo of Tracy January 2002.

Look at this duo... Recognize them?

Cary and Marc at the Cactus Moon in St. Louis MO. in 1994. These boys look great in hats! (Thanks Linda Browne of MO.)

Can you believe it?  Look at these great photos that Linda found of Tracy at the Sullivan Missouri Fair in 1995.  Great job Linda, these are great!!!

Here is Marc celebrating his 40th Birthday, April 18, 2002.  The sign in front of him reads "Lordy, Lordy, I'm 40". This is great, thanks for sharing Linda.!

Tracy Byrd is my "Hero" as well as a good friend. We have watched each others kids grow up. My youngest son Matt was 12 when we first met Tracy and now he is 22.
Time sure does fly when your having fun!!!  It has been a wonderful and fun journey with my buddy "Tracy Byrd". Have lost of memories and fun times and things we will never forget!! Let when we saw him at Six Flags in St. Louis and some lady through her slip up on stage and Tracy saw it and said, Whoops!!!
This picture of Tracy and I below was taken at the Meramec Commuity Fair in Sullivan, MO. on June 23, 1995. Boy how we both look so young!!!    Linda Browne

I first saw Tracy at the Charlie Pruitt music show when I was 17 (I'm 35 now), and I remember how I thought how gorgeous and talented he was then.  Loved him ever since.  Every time he's around the Austin area, I try to go and see him...   I also went to school with Britt.  Talk about a small world.        Rhonda Bowles
