Thursday September 13, 2007, Tracy and the guys played in El Cajon, CA at the Sycuan Casino. This venue will not let anyone take photos during the show, so all that we got was the Meet and Greet photos. So check the Fan Photos page to see the photos with Tracy. We all had an Awesome time!

20th Annual Roping Round-Up, Barbecue and Western Dance, starring Tracy Byrd.

What a Great Start to a New Year and What a Great Time!!!!

Tracy played a fantastic concert for the Hospice of Yuma, in Yuma Arizona. It was a charity benefit to support Yuma Hospice. There was roping competitions, children's games, LOTS of great food. The opening band was the Doo-Wah Riders (Country Band from Southern CA). They were great too, really friendly, nice men. Headlining the show was Mr. Tracy Byrd. The concert was held in a huge circus tent on the grounds of the Gwenn Family's Ranch. When Tracy hit the stage, everyone was screaming. There were chairs for everyone to sit and hay bales for the children at the front of the stage. By the time the concert started there was standing room only. I know there must have been a couple thousand people there. Tracy and the boys did a great job. When Tracy would break out into one of his hits, the crowd sang along. Tracy was so sweet to notice and wave and wink at the children sitting on the hay bales in front. He seemed to enjoy them sitting there for him. It was fun to see his interaction with them.
Talking to Tracy after the show, he seemed surprised to see us there. I didn't know about the show until Wednesday and decided I could go by Thursday and we were on the road headed that way Saturday morning. It was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beautiful sunny weather so we had a great time. For a spur of the moment thing it was a WONDERFUL time!!!!! Thank you Tracy for all the fun and happiness you create with your music.
